We are so pleased to announce the first wave of our coaching packages as we continue our soft launch and rollout of the offerings we have been trialing over the course of the past year. These offers will be elaborated upon in a future blog post or two in the coming weeks.

We are working with select clients, and we are interested in careful expansion with the right clients and partners.
Here is a very brief rundown on the various flavors of packages we are announcing, and we will continue to modify the offerings as the needs change over time. We do have other offerings that are presently unpublished, so if you do not see a package that is working for you – let us know. We can tailor engagements to specific clients as needed.
Accountability – These packages are entry level offerings that can hone in on areas of opportunities. These packages are focused on tactical and the mechanics of success in your daily outcomes. These packages are very structured, focused, and results oriented ideal for those new to hiring a coach.
We have a Daily Priorities package and a Daily – Do That One Thing Today package in the Accountability Coaching program.
TnT (Turnarounds and Transitions) – These packages are focused on transitional events mainly focused on rebuilding as part of a career/job transition or family transition (such as divorce). We are working with a select set of clients assisting them in navigating through crisis and transformations – to emerge even stronger.
We have a singular offer within the TnT Coaching program – the Accelerated T&T package is a straight up package focused on momentum with daily check ins. This is a no nonsense package in support of those going through a period of substantial change, and the clients in this program need additional structure support that is not necessarily tied to the Energy and Action framework.
Next Level / EAF –These Individual Performance Coaching Next Level / EAF packages are very focused on increasing productivity, resiliency, alignment, and in many cases – helping others grow their careers and businesses. We are working with a select set of clients that are already doing quite well in life to become even better, faster. This work is all about accelerating progress for folks that have already established a certain level of success in their lives. This is where the Energy and Action Framework is fully deployed to enable next level evolutions for our clients.
This is the coaching program where we have the most packages: The Lamb or Lion Baseline, The Tune Up, The Clarity Bomb, and The Lion packages are all progressive offers that are based upon the proven Energy and Action Framework and the Dimensions of Life concepts. This is the long range transformative coaching program that is also grounded in real world results.
