Gear – Oxy Thermo, Brief Recommendation

From time to time, I’ll be posting about the gear I’m using, this post is focused on a nutritional supplement.
I was recently asked if I was using any thermogenics, and I have done a few of these in the past.  The one I’ve found and am currently utilizing is prompting the post.
This is a hardcore single dose per day option that is fantastic.  It does it all, it suppresses the appetite, provides the usual jolt you’d expect from a top line thermo, and it also has a steady burn for a good 5 hours or so.
The product is Oxy Thermogenic, and you can get it straight up from Amazon:
The Oxy Thermogenic product has 53 5 star ratings on Amazon which is unheard of.  This was another prompt for me to give this a shot.  Now thermo’s cannot be used to fix a bad diet, however they can accelerate fat loss if you are eating cleanly.
I highly recommend this Oxy product if you are looking for a 30 day cut combining it with a clean, shake oriented diet.
I generally take it in the later part of the or early afternoon, prior to my first big meal.  I’ve been playing with early morning fasting, and I think the coffee or green tea that I’m taking is enough of a stimulant when coupled with my usual elevated energy levels in the morning.
The effects of this stimulant will not counteract garbage eating or high carb diets if you are not active to begin with.  Caloric intake and nutrition density play a larger role than any fat burner on some blog.  Now having said this – coupling a clean diet that is in a caloric deficit given your activity levels – with this fat burner will yield some solid results.
